hu Eraclea Mare: A New Holiday Resort by Laguna del Mort

In May 2027, the new large-scale hu Eraclea Mare holiday resort will open between the seaside town of Eraclea Mare, the mouth of the Piave River and the protected Laguna del Mort area.

hu Eraclea Mare will offer a wide range of accommodation, from mobile homes to pitches for caravans, motorhomes, and tents. The resort is expected to have approximately 3,000 accommodation units and pitches, with a total capacity of up to around 12,000 guests when fully occupied.

Accommodation

hu Eraclea Mare will feature modern mobile homes as well as spacious pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents. Some accommodation options will also be suitable for guests traveling with dogs and other pets.

Water Park and Leisure

One of the main attractions of the resort will be a large water park with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children’s lagoons, and water attractions.

The resort will also offer facilities for tennis, football, volleyball, and padel, as well as minigolf, a high ropes course, and other sports and entertainment activities. Restaurants, bars, shops, and other services will also be available within the resort.

More than 10 kilometers of walking and cycling trails will connect different parts of the resort with the surrounding area.

Eraclea Mare, the Piave River, and Laguna del Mort

One of the major advantages of hu Eraclea Mare is its location. The resort is being developed right next to Eraclea Mare and close to both the mouth of the Piave River and Laguna del Mort, one of the most interesting natural areas along this part of the Venetian coast.

Eraclea Mare is known for its long sandy beach, extensive pine forest, and quieter atmosphere compared with some of the larger seaside resorts nearby. The surrounding area is also ideal for cycling and exploring the coast.
